Aumitra is an early-stage venture building at the intersection of Health and Wellness Tech . We’re assembling a founding team of builders — people who’ve done it before and want to do it again. We’re looking for a GTM & Community lead who can take us from zero to our first meaningful wave of users and revenue.
What You’ll Do
• Own go-to-market strategy end-to-end — positioning, channels, launch playbooks, and early revenue
• Build and scale a high-trust community around the Aumitra brand — online and offline
• Identify and pursue early distribution partnerships, integrations, and growth loops
• Work directly with the founding team to align GTM motion with product development
• Drive the feedback loop between community and product — turning user insights into roadmap inputs
• Experiment relentlessly across acquisition, activation, and retention
Nice to Have
• Experience in consumer ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with community platforms, CRM, or growth tooling
• Early-stage PLG or community-led growth exposure
