Role Description
This is a full-time remote Co-Founder role at Stag It. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in strategizing and executing plans to scale the platform, drive user engagement, and secure partnerships. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, collaborating on sales and marketing campaigns, conducting research to refine our offerings, and ensuring the company fulfills its vision. You will also serve as a key representative of the company to potential investors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities for market and user insights
- Exceptional Communication skills for investor relations, networking, and team collaboration
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on growth strategies and customer acquisition
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and remotely, coupled with strong leadership skills
- Prior experience in the startup ecosystem or knowledge of the nightlife/events industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
