Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder, based on-site in New Delhi. The Co-Founder will lead and strategize across key areas such as business development, marketing, and organizational growth. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to set the vision and direction of the company while overseeing operations, driving partnerships, and fostering a strong company culture. The role also encompasses identifying business opportunities, guiding market strategies, and nurturing innovative solutions to drive success.

- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate and lead diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and develop innovative strategies

- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to take initiative
- Passion for innovation and willingness to take calculated risks
- Experience in launching or managing a startup, or equivalent business experience, is a plus
