Role Description
We are seeking a Co-Founder to drive strategic direction and operational success for Snocart. As a Co-Founder, you will take on responsibilities such as defining and executing business strategies, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and developing partnerships with local vendors. You will also lead the team and manage resources to achieve organizational goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Srinagar, with flexibility for some remote work.

- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, startup environment with a results-driven approach.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or local business ecosystems is a plus.
