🚀 Seeking a Growth-Obsessed Co-Founder for Slayly.io
We’ve built the engine. Now, we need the fuel.
Slayly.io is a modern AI workplace designed to redefine how teams interact with artificial intelligence. The product is moving fast, and we are looking for a Co-Founder & Head of Growth/Sales to join the mission and scale this into a global leader.
The RoleThis isn't a standard 9-to-5. We are looking for a true partner to own the entire revenue engine. Your primary focus will be:
- Revenue Generation: Driving initial sales, securing pilots, and building a sustainable revenue model.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identifying and closing deals with key stakeholders and enterprise clients.
- Market Strategy: Positioning Slayly.io in a crowded AI market to win.
- Fundraising: Working alongside me to pitch to investors and secure our next stage of growth.
Who You Are- A Natural Closer: You have a proven track record in Sales or Business Development (SaaS experience is a massive plus).
- The "Day Zero" Mentality: You understand that early-stage startups require grit, pivots, and high-velocity execution.
- Revenue-First Thinker: You know how to turn a product into a profit center.
The Deal- Role: Co-Founder.
- Compensation: Equity-only (significant stake). This is a long-term play for someone who believes in the upside of AI and wants to own a piece of the future.
- Location: Remote / Flexible.
