Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttar Pradesh, India, for a Co-Founder at Sintora Ventures. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and strategy. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, overseeing business development, and driving strategic initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with other key stakeholders to ensure operational success, develop innovative solutions, and foster a collaborative and scalable culture within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to identify opportunities, evaluate data, and support strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional Communication skills to build relationships, communicate effectively, and articulate vision and goals.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business development, promote the brand, and identify strategic partnerships.
- Proven leadership abilities, entrepreneurial mindset, and a track record of strategy execution in startup environments.
- Proficiency in fundraising, stakeholder management, and scaling operations is advantageous.
- Visionary leadership with the ability to innovate and think critically about complex business challenges.
- Previous experience in entrepreneurship or co-founding a business is a plus.
