Role Description
The Co-Founder role at Sedwis Software Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Co-Founder will help define and refine the company vision, shape product and service strategy, and oversee key business functions such as technology, operations, and partnerships. Daily responsibilities may include leading product roadmapping sessions, collaborating with engineering and design teams, meeting potential clients and investors, and making decisions on resource allocation and prioritization. The role involves establishing processes, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered with technical excellence and business value. The Co-Founder will also represent Sedwis in external forums, cultivate strategic alliances, and drive growth while maintaining an innovation-focused culture.
Qualifications
- Strong background in software engineering, product development, or technology leadership, preferably with experience in custom software or SaaS products.
- Proven experience in founding, scaling, or playing a key leadership role in a startup or tech-focused organization.
- Demonstrated ability to define vision and strategy, translate them into executable roadmaps, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- Competence in business development, client relationship management, and building long-term partnerships with startups, enterprises, or founders.
- Comfort with financial planning, budgeting, and basic performance metrics for technology-driven businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and handle ambiguity.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, openness to experimentation, and commitment to innovation and scalability in technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
