Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Bhubaneswar. The Co-Founder will collaboratively shape the strategic vision and direction of the company while driving business development and scaling efforts. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing strategies for growth, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. The Co-Founder will play a crucial role in research, decision-making, and ensuring the company remains aligned with its mission to promote sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in conducting thorough market research and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, collaborate with teams, and build partnerships
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing techniques to drive growth and expand the company’s market presence
- Strategic and creative thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior leadership experience, preferably in the sustainability or mobility sector, is a plus
- Passion for sustainable development and a commitment to environmental preservation
