Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Red Club 777 based in New Delhi, with opportunities to work remotely as needed. The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategizing and driving the organization's vision, leading partnerships, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, and building a strong network to promote the club's ethos. Daily tasks will include high-level decision-making, generating business opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring alignment with Red Club 777's mission of creating transformative experiences and connections.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills for gathering insights and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent Communication skills for articulating the brand ethos and building trusted relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing with the ability to execute innovative strategies
- Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to foster collaboration and build strategic partnerships
- Experience in working within niche or exclusive markets is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
