About RaahGeer
We are building RaahGeer, a mobility platform designed to simplify daily commuting.
Our goal is to make everyday transportation more reliable, affordable, and stress-free by improving how people access and experience daily travel.
We are currently at a very early stage and are looking for a co-founder to build this from the ground up.
This is not a job role.
This is a founding opportunity.
What you will do?
As a co-founder, you will play a core role in shaping RaahGeer from zero to one:
- Defining product vision and long-term direction
- Designing the core mobility model and user experience
- Building early operational structure
- Driving user validation and feedback loops
- Leading business strategy, operations, and growth direction
- Making key decisions in an early-stage startup environment
Who we are looking for?
We are not looking for employees.
We are looking for builders.
You might be a fit if you:
- Have a strong execution mindset

- Are ready to build something from scratch
Skills (NOT mandatory technical skills)
We are not specifically looking for a tech co-founder.
Technical execution will be handled separately.
We are looking for strengths in areas such as:
- Startup thinking / development
- Business strategy
- Operations management
- Product thinking
- User understanding
- Growth and execution
Important expectations:
- This is an early-stage startup role
- No fixed salary in the initial phase (equity-based discussion)
- High ownership and accountability required
- Consistency matters more than experience
- Execution > ideas
