About Quintuple Technology
Quintuple Technology is a Chennai-based AI infrastructure company building MindFleet — a Governance-First AI Operating System for real-world business execution.
We are not building another SaaS tool. We are building the governed execution backbone of India's distribution economy — starting with dairy distribution and expanding across verticals.
MindFleet is live in production. Revenue generating. 3 clients onboarding. 18-client referral pipeline active.
Pre-seed funding round in progress with anchor investor committed.
We build systems where intelligence, policy, deterministic execution, and auditability must hold under real operational pressure — not just look convincing in a demo.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Co-founder and CTO who will take full ownership of MindFleet's technical direction — and free the founding team to scale the business.
This is not a hire. This is a founding role.
You are the right person if:
- You have 5–8 years of relevant experience in production AI, automation, or enterprise infrastructure
- You are a systems thinker first — stack-agnostic, architecture-obsessed.
- You have shipped real systems under real operational pressure, not just demos.
- You want to build an institution, not execute a job description.
- You are Chennai-based, available full-time, on-ground from day one.
- You are ready to back yourself with equity before salary
This is not for you if:
- You need a manager, a defined scope, or a guaranteed stable job from day one.
- You are looking to add a startup line to your CV before returning to corporate
- You treat "co-founder" as a title, not a commitment
What You'll Do
- Own full technical architecture of MindFleet — decisions, evolution, and depth.
- Lead and scale the engineering team under an intern-to-hire model.
- Scale the platform from 3 clients to 25+ across Tamil Nadu — production-grade multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Drive Phase 2 — local LLM hosting (Ollama or similar tech), offline resilience, and vertical expansion beyond dairy distribution.
- Represent the technical thesis in investor conversations and institutional engagements — Work directly with the founder on product, roadmap, and execution priorities

Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess market opportunities, analyze complex business environments, and develop long-term strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively to diverse audiences.
- Sales and Marketing: Proven experience in driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships.
- Research: Ability to perform in-depth market and competitor research to inform business strategies and product development.
- Leadership: Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to lead teams, motivate stakeholders, and drive organizational success.
- Experience in the technology and distribution industries is a significant advantage.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for operational intelligence, governance, and building innovative solutions is essential.
