About the Mission —
Questaero Systems is building next-generation aerospace & defense capabilities from India across advanced manufacturing, system integration, precision engineering, and indigenous defense technologies.
We are now exploring ambitious programs in:
• Counter-UAS & Anti-Drone Technologies
• Electronic Warfare Support Systems
• Autonomous Defense Platforms
• Advanced Tracking, Fire Control & Mission Systems
• Directed Energy Technologies
• Aerospace & Mission-Critical Systems
The future of defense will be defined by intelligent, autonomous, and rapidly deployable systems built with deep integration between hardware, software, sensing, and manufacturing.
This is not a traditional “job opening.”

We are looking for a technical co-founder / founding member from backgrounds such as:
• Defense Electronics
• Radar / RF Systems
• Embedded Systems & Controls
• Guidance & Navigation
• Aerospace Systems
• Weapon Systems Engineering
• AI / Autonomy for Defense
• Power Electronics
• Photonics / Directed Energy
More than resumes or titles, we are looking for builders.
People who enjoy:
• Prototyping rapidly
• Solving hard engineering problems
• Building products from first principles
• Creating indigenous defense capability
• Working across labs, manufacturing, field trials, and customer interactions
The expectation is to build together from ground zero:
• Product architecture
• Prototype development
• Vendor ecosystem
• Manufacturing infrastructure
• Defense partnerships
• Fundraising & scaling
