Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at Plotix. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and operations. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. As a critical part of the leadership team, the Co-Founder will actively contribute to decision-making, analyze business challenges, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, including strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in conducting effective Research to identify market opportunities and trends
- Leadership capabilities with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience building and scaling a startup is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
