Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Panchaadhar (VSAP Enterprises), located in New Delhi with some flexibility for remote work. The Co-Founder will play a critical role in strategizing and overseeing the growth and operations of the business, identifying growth opportunities, and developing long-term business plans. Responsibilities include leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research and analysis, fostering team collaboration, and building strategic partnerships to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business trends, solve challenges, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and effectively present ideas
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
- Experience with conducting thorough Research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
- Leadership and team management abilities to inspire and guide the team towards achieving company goals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation
- Prior experience in start-ups, business development, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
