Role Description As a Co-Founder at Owlly, you will help shape the product, business strategy, and culture from the ground up. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cuttack, with flexibility for some work from home. Day to day, you will work closely with the founding team to define and refine the product roadmap, validate ideas with clinics, hospitals, doctors, and patients, and translate feedback into clear priorities. You will support fundraising efforts, investor communications, and financial planning, while building partnerships with healthcare providers, local ecosystems, and strategic allies. You will also contribute to hiring and mentoring early team members, establishing scalable processes, and representing Owlly at events, customer meetings, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret data, understand user behavior, and guide product and business decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers, partners, team members, and investors across diverse backgrounds.
- Proven Sales and Marketing skills to drive adoption, create growth strategies, and build trusted relationships with clinics, hospitals, and doctors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage startups, product-led businesses, or healthcare/healthtech domains.
- Ability to work in Cuttack in a hybrid setup, operate with high ownership, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B/B2C marketplaces, and familiarity with the Indian healthcare ecosystem, is a strong plus.
