Role Description
We are looking for a Co-Founder to lead and scale Océglow into its next phase of growth.
This role is for a hands-on operator who can build, execute, and drive real business outcomes — across brand, distribution, and growth.
What You’ll Do
• Drive overall business strategy and execution
• Scale D2C and retail distribution
• Lead marketing, growth, and brand positioning
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities
• Build systems and processes for scale
Who You Are
• Strong understanding of beauty / skincare or D2C brands
• Proven execution mindset — not just ideas
• Experience in scaling or building a business (B2B / D2C)
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
