Role Overview
We’re looking for a technical co-founder (AI Engineer) who can take full ownership of the tech side.
I come from a marketing & growth background, so I will handle sales, positioning, and distribution — you will lead product & engineering.

What You’ll Build (AI Startup Stack)
You should be comfortable working across the full AI product stack:
AI / ML Layer
• LLM integration (OpenAI, open-source models)
• Prompt engineering & optimization
• Fine-tuning / RAG pipelines
• NLP tasks (chatbots, automation, agents)
Backend Development
• Python (FastAPI / Flask)
• API development & integrations
• Database handling (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
Frontend (Basic Required)
• React / Next.js (or willingness to learn)
• Building simple dashboards or SaaS UI
Deployment & DevOps
• Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Vercel)
• Docker (basic understanding)
• CI/CD & scaling basics
Automation & Tools
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• AI agents & workflow automation
• Zapier / Make / custom automations
