Role Description
NeuraCare AI is seeking a dedicated and visionary Co-Founder for a full-time remote role. As a Co-Founder, you will work collaboratively to shape the company's vision, strategy, and execution. Daily responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, leading fundraising efforts, forming strategic partnerships, overseeing product development, and fostering a cohesive and high-performing team. This role requires a deep commitment to the mission of revolutionizing mental health care and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on work to drive business growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Possess exceptional Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate market trends, assess business opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making
- Exhibit strong Communication skills, including persuasive speaking and clear interpersonal communication for team leadership and external partnerships
- Demonstrate a proven ability in Sales and Marketing to drive customer acquisition, build brand awareness, and achieve business growth
- Experience in leadership roles, overseeing collaborations between AI, healthcare, and product development teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovative problem-solving and resilience
- Strong familiarity with mental health care industry trends and a deep commitment to ethics in technology
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Psychology, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience is preferred
