About Nano Connect Semicon
Nano Connect Semicon Private Limited is a Mumbai-based deep-tech startup (incorporated December 2025) that designs and develops next-generation semiconductor probe cards. These are critical hardware components used for high-precision wafer-level electrical testing of advanced chips, including memory devices, microprocessors, AI accelerators, and next-gen semiconductors.
Our solutions deliver unmatched sub-micron accuracy, reliability, and efficiency, helping semiconductor manufacturers achieve higher yields, lower costs, and superior performance.
Our Mission
To make India self-reliant in the semiconductor ecosystem by developing advanced indigenous probe card technologies and directly supporting the Indian Semiconductor Mission.
Our Vision
To build a world-class Indian deep-tech company that strengthens India’s semiconductor supply chain, drives technological self-reliance (Atmanirbhar Bharat), and positions India as a significant global player in the semiconductor industry.
We are still in the very early stage (just 4–5 months old) and moving fast. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to co-build a high-impact company that will shape India’s semiconductor future and contribute to national technological sovereignty.
We are looking for a Co-Founder
We want a true partner who shares our deep belief in the product and our vision of making India self-reliant in semiconductors. Someone genuinely excited about building Atmanirbhar Bharat in the semiconductor ecosystem and ready to commit fully to scaling this company from early stage to growth and beyond.
Ideal Co-Founder Profile
- Proven startup experience (founder or early-stage team member) with a track record of taking a company from idea/validation stage to growth/scale-up.
- Highly enthusiastic, energetic, and resilient — you thrive in ambiguity and see challenges as opportunities.
- Excellent people skills: natural at networking, building relationships, sales, business development, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on across all aspects of growth — sales, marketing, operations, strategy, fundraising, and execution.
- Strong commitment and ownership: you dedicate whatever time and energy is needed to finish the task, we don’t believe in rigid 9-to-5 systems.
- High integrity and trustworthiness, this is a true long-term partnership built on shared values.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- Bonus (highly preferred): Existing network in semiconductor, electronics, hardware, or B2B tech ecosystem; experience raising capital or building investor relationships; complementary skills that balance technical/product strengths.
As Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategy, acquiring early customers, building the team, raising funds, and driving overall company growth.
