Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder, based in Raipur with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Co-Founder will partner in directing the company's strategy, exploring new growth opportunities, and overseeing marketing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, refining go-to-market strategies, and contributing to product development. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is critical to the role, as is ensuring the brand aligns with its commitment to inclusivity and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities for identifying market opportunities and driving data-informed decisions
- Proficiency in Performance Marketing to present, visualise and execute sales funnels, and build revenue streams
- Experience in Ecommerce and Q-commerce to strategize, execute, and evaluate growth initiatives for brand expansion
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Background in ecommerce and retail, particularly in the fashion or apparel industry, is a plus
