Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As a Co-Founder, you will work collaboratively to shape the strategic vision and goals of Itisva AI. Your responsibilities include driving business growth through sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders. You'll also develop and implement innovative solutions, apply analytical insights to guide decisions, and serve as a key communicator internally and externally. Leadership and a hands-on approach are critical in this role as you help grow the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, trends, and business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills for internal collaborations, stakeholder management, and external presentations
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing with a track record of driving business growth
- Ability to conduct in-depth Research to identify industry trends and market opportunities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
- Leadership and decision-making capabilities to drive organizational success
- Previous experience in the ed-tech sector or with AI-based technologies is a strong advantage
