Role Description
We are seeking a visionary and motivated Co-Founder to join IHustlePreneur on-site in Patna. This is a full-time position focused on driving the company's growth, shaping strategic decisions, and expanding business opportunities. The Co-Founder will collaborate on business development initiatives, foster stakeholder relationships, identify new market trends, and lead the team to ensure the company's objectives are met. Responsibilities also include overseeing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring the organization's mission and vision are consistently upheld.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to foster partnerships, lead teams, and articulate the company’s vision
- Experience in sales and marketing, including developing and implementing strategies for business growth
- Proficiency in conducting thorough research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and inspire team members
- Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments while demonstrating problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in startup environments or the e-learning industry is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
