Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder, based in Chennai with flexibility for some work-from-home options. The Co-Founder will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s strategy by driving business growth, building partnerships, and overseeing daily operations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research to identify opportunities, and leading cross-functional initiatives. The role also involves working closely with team members to foster innovation and position HydriumEnergy as a leader in the clean-tech industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the clean-tech and mobility sectors
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth, develop campaigns, and promote the company’s vision
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership experience in startups or technology-driven industries
