Role Description
This is a full-time remote Co-Founder role at Helioustin.io. The Co-Founder will play a dynamic role in driving the company’s strategic vision, fostering partnerships, innovating business strategies, and directly contributing to market expansion efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and cultivating B2B alliances, driving sales and marketing initiatives, leading industry research, developing and implementing growth strategies, and representing the organization in negotiations and collaborations with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to utilize data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills, including persuasive writing, public speaking, and relationship management
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing, with expertise in business development and growth strategies
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting market Research to identify opportunities and trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Skilled in managing high-stakes negotiations and fostering cross-sector alliances
- Prior leadership experience in startups, consulting, or business development is highly advantageous
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
