HBF Direct Limited is a venture studio building multiple businesses from idea to scale.
We partner with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and investors to create, launch, and grow startups across sectors. Through our ecosystem, we provide end-to-end support — strategy, resources, network, and investors — enabling founders to successfully build and scale their companies.

We are currently building new ventures in Healthcare, Finance, and Global Trade, and are looking for mission-driven Co-Founders to lead these companies.
Role: Co-Founder
This role is for builders, not just managers.
You will work closely with the venture studio leadership to build and scale a startup from the ground up — from validating the business model to building a team, meeting clients, and running operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Building
- Lead the development and execution of the startup strategy
- Identify market opportunities and build strong business models
- Work with the venture studio to validate and launch products/services
Client & Market Development
- Meet potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Build early customer relationships and partnerships
- Drive early revenue and market adoption
Operations & Team Building
- Build and manage the core operational team
- Establish processes for growth and scalability
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the startup
Growth & Execution
- Work with the venture studio to raise early funding
- Onboard early investors and strategic shareholders
- Scale the business through partnerships and market expansion
