Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role located in Jaipur. The Co-Founder will play a strategic leadership role in driving the company’s growth and operational strategies. Responsibilities include defining and executing business and marketing plans, securing partnerships, leading sales initiatives, analyzing market needs, and fostering company culture. The role also includes collaborating with the technical team to align business objectives with technological innovations.

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to employ data to inform decision-making
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Proven Sales and Marketing expertise to drive revenue growth and brand visibility
- Experience in conducting market and business Research to identify opportunities and challenges
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both strategically and tactically
- Experience in IT services, software development, or related industries is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Technology, or related fields
