- Role Description — Co-Founder (CTO / COO / CBO)
We are looking for a Co-Founder (CTO / COO / CBO level) — a C-level leader from a similar industry background (construction materials, B2B procurement, supply chain, or industrial marketplace).
This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role based in Gurugram, where the individual will work closely with the founding team to scale Go Material from ₹100 Cr ARR to building a category-defining procurement OS.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall business strategy, execution, and scale-up initiatives
- Lead core functions across Technology / Operations / Business Growth
- Build and optimize supply chain, vendor ecosystem, and procurement systems
- Contribute to building a scalable procurement operating system for steel & polymers
- Strengthen revenue growth and category expansion
- Enhance market penetration and enterprise partnerships
- Fundraising Involvement
- Actively support ₹50 Cr Seed Round fundraising
- Participate in investor outreach, pitch discussions, and due diligence
- Leverage personal network (VCs, PEs, industry connects)
- Contribute to pitch decks, financial models, and growth storytelling
Preferred Candidate Experience
Prior experience in building or scaling white-labelled / private label business models
(especially in construction materials, industrial products, or B2B marketplaces)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- C-level / senior leadership experience (CTO / COO / CBO / VP / Founding Team)
- Background in construction materials, steel, polymers, procurement, or supply chain
- Strong understanding of platform-led / operating system business models
- Experience scaling businesses to ₹50–100 Cr+ revenue stage or beyond
- Exposure to fundraising (Seed / Series A / Growth rounds)
- Strong network across investors, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and equity orientation
