Additionally, Fundraise represents Service Farm, Australia’s rapidly growing management system for facility maintenance providers, and manages the TPM Claims field marketing contract in Southeast Queensland. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder, based in Odisha, India. The Co-Founder will play a crucial role in strategizing and leading organizational growth, building and managing strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. Responsibilities include driving product development, overseeing internal operations, developing business strategies, and leading teams in executing innovative projects. The Co-Founder will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s vision and establishing a robust footprint in the market.
Qualifications
- Leadership and strategic vision with experience in driving company growth, mentorship, and decision-making.
- Business strategy expertise, including financial planning, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience in AI technologies, software development, and digital innovation.
- Proven ability to foster partnerships, negotiate deals, and build strong client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for innovation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and other regional languages being a plus.
- A degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in technology-driven industries or startups is advantageous.
