About Exclusive Jewellers
Exclusive Jewellers is building the future of personalised jewellery commerce.
We are creating an AI-enabled jewellery platform where customers can co-create their dream jewellery through guided consultations, personalised design flows, and 3D previews before manufacturing.
Our vision is to transform jewellery buying from catalogue shopping into a highly personalised experience.
We are already generating customer demand through Meta ads, WhatsApp-based sales funnels, and personalised engagement ring consultations.
Now we are looking for a co-founder who wants to help build a large consumer brand in the jewellery and AI commerce space.
Location: Bengaluru preferred | Remote possible for the right person

Ideal Background
You do not need jewellery industry experience, but having experience in luxury, ecommerce, consumer brands, or high-ticket sales would be a strong advantage.
I am specifically looking for someone who complements my existing skill set with strong sales, growth, and marketing capabilities.
Ideally, you have:
- Previously worked on your own startup idea or startup project
- Experience trying to build, market, or sell a product or service
- Understanding of startup pressure and uncertainty
- A strong bias toward execution and experimentation
I want someone who thinks like an operator and builder, not just a marketer.
The ideal co-founder is someone who understands how to:
- Build and scale customer acquisition
- Create strong sales systems and funnels
- Improve conversion rates
- Build brand positioning and storytelling
- Handle partnerships and growth opportunities
- Understand customer psychology
- Drive revenue growth aggressively
