Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at Digital Dynamo. The Co-Founder will strategically work alongside the founding team, driving the growth and scaling of the company. Responsibilities include overseeing business operations, identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, guiding marketing and sales efforts, and refining the company's vision and strategy to align with evolving industry trends and goals. As Co-Founder, you will lead the team, drive innovation, and ensure that the company upholds its mission of AI-driven transformative marketing solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively to drive strategic decisions
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly to various stakeholders
- Experience in Marketing and Sales, with a track record of driving business growth and customer acquisition
- Proficient Research skills to identify industry trends and market opportunities
- Leadership experience with the ability to oversee teams, projects, and business development activities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in digital marketing and AI technologies
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital marketing strategies is an advantage
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
