Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at Designless. The Co-Founder will work on strategic decision-making, business development, and driving the company’s mission to build and scale the Expression Infrastructure category. Key responsibilities include developing partnerships, leading sales and marketing initiatives, fostering innovation, performing market analysis, and collaborating with the team to grow and optimize operations. A central focus will be on enabling organizations to integrate Designless's solutions and expand the company's influence in the Agentic Era.

- Proven analytical skills for problem-solving, business strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication abilities, including presenting ideas, collaborating with stakeholders, and building relationships.
- Experience in sales and marketing strategies, with a demonstrated ability to scale and grow market presence.
- Proficiency in conducting in-depth research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership experience in startups or rapidly growing companies.
- Understanding of design systems, AI technologies, and market trends within the tech and design industries is a plus.
- Track record of achieving results in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
