Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for the position of Co-Founder at Criclive.in. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, driving growth, managing operations, and leading business development efforts. Responsibilities include devising and implementing revenue-driven marketing and sales strategies, fostering partnerships, driving customer engagement, conducting market research, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to align business operations with the company’s vision and goals.

- Strong Analytical Skills and an ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, partners, and team members
- Experience and expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and enhance brand presence
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market Research to identify opportunities and trends
- Innovative problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in the sports or media industry is a plus
