Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder at Cliqpay Services Pvt Ltd, based in Ranchi. The Co-Founder will play a crucial role in driving the strategic vision and growth of the company. Responsibilities include overseeing business development, identifying market opportunities, shaping marketing and sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and guiding product innovation and operations. Additionally, the Co-Founder will be involved in researching market trends, refining processes, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, opportunities, and financial performance
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing to develop strategies, drive business growth, and achieve targets
- Proficiency in research to identify industry trends, competition, and innovative business practices
- Proven leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in fintech, payment solutions, or a similar technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not mandatory
