We’re building a disruptive office space consulting platform that’s solving a massive gap in the market.
The Problem We’re Solving: When companies take a new office lease, they face a critical gap: they have a space, but they’re not ready to operate. They still need furniture, technology, compliance setup, HR systems, and facility management—tasks that take weeks to coordinate and hundreds of thousands to execute.
Traditional brokers find them the space, take commission, and disappear.
Our Solution: LeaseWise is the FIRST & ONLY office consultant that doesn’t just find your space—we equip it, staff it, secure it, and manage it.
The Opportunity: We’re seeking a Co-Founder who shares our vision of building the future of office space consulting. Together, we’ll capture a ₹10,000+ crore market opportunity in India.
👤 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a Co-Founder with a unique blend of skills and mindset. You don’t need to have all of these, but you should be strong in several areas and willing to learn the rest.
🎯 YOUR ROLE AS CO-FOUNDERYou’ll Be Responsible For:
If Sales/Growth is Your Strength: - Build and lead the team - Close early customers & partnerships - Develop sales strategy & process - Own customer acquisition - Build partnerships with office operators - Report: Revenue, customer acquisition cost, pipeline
If Operations/Execution is Your Strength: - Build operational processes for all services - Manage vendor relationships - Coordinate customer launches - Build technology/tools for operations - Ensure service quality & customer satisfaction - Report: Execution metrics, customer satisfaction, margins
If Real Estate/Office is Your Strength: - Identify & negotiate partnerships with operators - Build market relationships & credibility - Conduct market research & sizing - Advise on office selection strategy - Build broker/operator network - Report: Operator partnerships, market intelligence, deal flow
If Founder/Operations is Your Strength: - Overall execution and operations - Build scalable systems and processes - Lead team building and culture - Own P&L and unit economics - Scale the business model - Report: Overall business metrics, growth trajectory
