Career Sailors is a brand by SAILEDGE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We are working with schools to develop leadership skills, cognitive skills, communication skills, and career clarity among students in Classes 6–12 so they become competitive and career growth-ready in schools only instead of struggling while dealing with their jobs as freshers.
Our products/services include:
• Interdisciplinary Project (IDP) Workshops for Classes 6–8
• Soft Skills & Personality Development for Classes 9–10
• AI+Mentor-based Career Counselling for Classes 11–12
We work inside schools through trained mentors, helping reduce teacher workload while delivering measurable student outcomes.
Role
We’re looking for a Co-Founder who will take complete ownership of how Career Sailors is seen, executed, and trusted.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- 1+ years in Sales (Edtech preferred)
- Deep understanding and handling of B2B Sales
- Teaching/Workshop Facilitating Background (Preferred)
- Ability to execute consistently, not just ideate
- Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
