We’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer who shares this vision and wants to help build a category-defining company from the ground up.

As CTO & Co-Founder, you’ll own:
- Technology vision

You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to build Capabilio into a globally recognized technology company.
This is an equity-first opportunity. At this stage, compensation is ownership in the company. A fixed salary will be introduced after fundraising or once the business reaches sustainable revenue milestones.

Your ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership
- Define Capabilio’s long-term technology vision.
- Design scalable, secure, cloud-native architecture.
- Build enterprise-grade SaaS infrastructure.
- Lead engineering execution from MVP to global scale.
- Establish engineering standards, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and security.
Artificial Intelligence
- Lead development of AI-powered capabilities, including:
- Large Language Models
- AI agents and agentic workflows
- Retrieval-augmented generation
- Recommendation systems
- Skill intelligence models
- AI interview evaluation
- Natural language processing
- Intelligent career guidance
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them where they create measurable value.
Product Development
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to convert business vision into scalable technology.
- Build products customers genuinely love.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback.
- Balance speed, quality, and long-term architecture.
Engineering Leadership
- Recruit exceptional engineers.
- Build a high-performance engineering culture.
- Mentor technical teams.
- Drive ownership, innovation, and execution.
Startup Leadership
As a Co-Founder, you’ll participate in:
- Product strategy
- Company roadmap
- Business planning
- Fundraising
- Investor meetings
- Technical due diligence
- Enterprise partnerships

Preferred Technical Background
We’re not looking for someone who knows everything. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly and builds effectively.
Experience with one or more of the following is valuable:
- AI and machine learning
- Large language models
- Agentic AI
- RAG systems
- Python
- TypeScript
- React / Next.js
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Vector databases
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Docker and Kubernetes
- DevOps / CI/CD
Experience with tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini is a plus.
