Role Description
The Co-Founder at Bytes Media will play a strategic role in shaping the vision, goals, and growth of the organization. This full-time, on-site leadership position, based in Delhi, India, involves overseeing multiple facets of the business, including team management, project execution, client relationships, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, managing resources, and driving operational efficiencies to achieve business success. The Co-Founder will work alongside the founding team to foster company culture and build a strong presence in the industry.
