Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping Byalance’s strategy, operations, and growth, working closely with the founding team and partners. This full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru involves overseeing core business functions, including service delivery, client success, and internal processes to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Daily responsibilities include driving business development and partnerships with entrepreneurs and CA firms, refining service offerings, and supporting the expansion of Byalance’s virtual and outsourced accounting model. The Co-Founder will collaborate on marketing and brand positioning, guide product and service innovation based on market research, and contribute to financial planning and performance tracking. The role requires hands-on involvement in building teams, establishing scalable systems, and fostering a culture of professionalism, transparency, and customer-centricity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret financial data, understand market trends, and make data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, interact with clients and partners, and represent the brand clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Marketing skills to drive client acquisition, build partnerships, and promote Byalance’s services across different channels.
- Relevant experience in accounting, finance, compliance, or professional services, preferably in Indian markets or CA practice environments.
- Demonstrated track record in startup or entrepreneurial environments, with the ability to build and scale operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building capabilities, with a focus on ethical and inclusive practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or similar professional qualification is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
