We architect the intelligent visibility infrastructure that powers brand authority across the physical web. We engineer autonomous sentiment engines and high-intent trust pipelines designed to accelerate consumer acquisition for modern multi-location enterprises.
The Ideal Profile
We are not looking for an entry level manager or a theoretical engineer. We are looking for an active, hands on full stack product builder who can own an entire technical ecosystem without hand holding.
• Master of the modern web stack, Next.js/React, Node.js, and Postgres/Supabase.
• Deep understanding of API lifecycles, background workers, OAuth protocols, and vector database/LLM integrations.
• A "vertical slice" development mentality—capable of shipping production-ready user journeys from database migrations to frontend UI.
Compensation & Structural Terms
This is an entrepreneurial partner track position. We prioritize resource allocation into raw product scale before corporate overhead:
• Equity: Founding tier equity allocation with standard performance vesting milestones.
• Salary: Structured as a tiered profit share arrangement. A fixed percentage of net revenue will be directly distributed as co founder compensation immediately upon hitting baseline profitability metrics, scaling into a fixed institutional salary once milestones are crossed.
