Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping BridgeNova’s strategy, operations, and market expansion in the industrial automation domain. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota, involving close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing business plans, overseeing procurement and supply processes, and driving sales and marketing initiatives for Siemens automation products. The Co-Founder will build and manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that quality and authenticity standards are consistently met. The role also includes monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, guiding team members, and establishing operational processes to support sustainable growth.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate markets, suppliers, and business performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and close strategic deals.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to position the brand, promote Siemens automation products, and support customer acquisition.
- Experience in industrial automation, particularly with Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and switchgear, is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or leadership roles within technical or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, manage risks, and build efficient operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates.
