About the Role
The Blackfly Solution Co-Founder Program is designed for experienced business development professionals who have the ambition to build a high-growth digital agency alongside the founding team.
This is not a salaried position.
Instead, you'll earn a significant percentage of every project you bring in, with the opportunity to grow into an equity partner based on performance and long-term commitment.
1. Business Development & Growth
• Generate high-value business opportunities for Blackfly Solution.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of clients across startups, SMEs, enterprises, and international businesses.
• Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and presentations.
• Create partnerships and referral networks.
• Develop strategies to expand our market presence across India and globally.
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue generation targets.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Represent Blackfly Solution professionally during meetings and networking events.
3. Growth & Revenue Sharing
• Earn an attractive percentage from every successfully closed project.
• No cap on earnings—your income grows with the business you generate.
• Opportunity to become an Equity Partner based on performance and contribution.
• Play a key role in shaping the future strategy and expansion of Blackfly Solution.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for professionals who have:
• 4–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Services Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Consulting.
• Proven experience generating high-quality leads and closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• An established professional network is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience selling websites, software, mobile applications, branding, or digital marketing services will be highly preferred.
Compensation
This is a Revenue Sharing / Co-Founder Opportunity.
We do not offer a fixed salary.
Instead, we offer:
