Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Co-Founder, based in Chandigarh. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and growth of the company, spearheading business development initiatives, and managing key partnerships. This role also includes overseeing marketing strategies, implementing innovative solutions, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with all teams to ensure alignment with long-term business goals and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven track record of driving results
- Well-versed in conducting Research to identify market opportunities and navigate challenges
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership experience, ability to manage teams, and oversee diverse projects
- Passion for sustainable development and familiarity with the recycling or waste management sector is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Sciences, or relevant fields
