Role Description The Co-Founder will play a hands-on role in shaping the product, strategy, and growth of Anodos.io as a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, working closely with technical teams on feature design, and validating ideas through user research and feedback. The role involves building and managing key partnerships, driving early sales and customer acquisition, and representing the company in conversations with potential users, investors, and advisors. The Co-Founder will also contribute to marketing initiatives, refine the business model, and help build a high-performing team and culture aligned with the company’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, validate hypotheses, and make evidence-based product and business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for clear storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and effective collaboration across teams and external partners.
- Sales skills to engage prospects, close early customers, and build long-term relationships that drive platform adoption.
- Marketing experience to position the product, craft compelling messaging, and support go-to-market strategies.
- Research skills to deeply understand user needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Prior startup, founder, or early-stage leadership experience is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-driven products, career tech, or HR technology is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
