Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Chennai. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for driving business strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and leading critical decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include developing and executing growth initiatives, devising marketing and sales strategies, conducting market research, and fostering partnerships to scale the business. You will also play a pivotal role in team building, ensuring a cohesive, innovative, and forward-thinking organizational culture.
