Co-Founder Opportunity | ABCD School of Psychology & Personal Development
We're looking for a passionate and committed Co-Founder to join ABCD School of Psychology & Personal Development and help scale an innovative organization in the mental health and psychology education sector.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute the business growth strategy.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities, corporates, hospitals, NGOs, and government bodies.
- Lead fundraising, investor relations, and business development.
- Drive marketing, branding, and national/international expansion.
- Contribute to product innovation, digital transformation, and AI-based mental health initiatives.
- Build and lead high-performing teams.
What We're Looking For
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term commitment.
- Experience in business strategy, startups, healthcare, education, HR, marketing, or technology.
- Strong leadership, networking, and execution skills.
- Prior startup or leadership experience is preferred.
Equity & Compensation
- Equity/ESOP available based on contribution, commitment, expertise, and milestone achievement.
- Fixed compensation may be considered at a later stage based on organizational growth.
