Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder and Medical Doctor (MBBS) based in Sholinganallur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves leading strategic initiatives, collaborating on the refinement and implementation of AI healthcare solutions, and overseeing patient care to ensure adherence to high-quality standards. Additional responsibilities include contributing to product development, providing medical expertise, supporting sales and marketing strategies, and guiding the team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, lead teams, and connect with patients
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to promote AI healthcare solutions and ensure business growth
- Proficiency in conducting Research to innovate and enhance healthcare offerings
- MBBS degree with medical expertise to oversee patient care and product development
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a team in a dynamic environment
- Experience in AI in healthcare or digital health solutions is a plus
