🚀 Co-founder & CTO

💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a technical co-founder & CTO who will take ownership of the entire technology vision, architecture, and execution.
You will work closely with the founder to:
- Build and scale AI products from prototype → production
- Lead engineering, architecture, and hiring
- Define the long-term technical roadmap
This is a high-impact leadership role with significant equity.
🧩 Key Responsibilities🏗️ Technology Leadership
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture
- Lead development of scalable AI systems and infrastructure
- Make decisions on stack, cloud, and system design
🤖 AI & Product Development
- Build and optimize:
- Medical image annotation pipelines
- AI/ML models (Computer Vision, NLP)
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into products
⚙️ Engineering Execution
- Lead full-stack development (frontend + backend + AI)
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
- Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment
👥 Team Building
- Hire and mentor engineers as the company grows
- Build a strong engineering culture
📈 Strategic Contribution
- Work with founder on:
- Product strategy
- Investor discussions
- Technical due diligence
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience🔹 Must Have
- Strong experience in:
- AI/ML (Computer Vision or NLP)
- Backend development (Node.js / Python)
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Experience building scalable production systems
- Solid understanding of:
- System design
- APIs
- Databases
🔹 Good to Have
- Experience with:
- Medical imaging (DICOM, radiology workflows)
- Annotation tools or data pipelines
- LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
- Previous startup experience (0 → 1 product)
