Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder specializing in AI/ML and Technology. The Co-Founder will oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and technology solutions for the platform. Key responsibilities include leading technical strategy, collaborating with the team to build innovative features, conducting research for informed decision-making, engaging with the student community for product iteration, and providing technical guidance to other team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to identify user needs, solve technical challenges, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and the broader community.
- Experience with Sales and Marketing to strategize and enhance platform growth and adoption.
- Proven leadership abilities and entrepreneurial mindset for driving business expansion and team success.
- Experience in AI/ML technologies and their application, preferably in educational or gamified platforms.
- Familiarity with software development, cloud computing, and product management is a plus.
- Passion for education and creating impactful solutions for learners is highly desirable.
