About the Opportunity
Sounak AI is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Co-Founder (AI & Growth) who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and excited to build an AI-first technology brand from the ground up.
This is not a traditional job—it's an opportunity to become a strategic partner in an early-stage startup.
As a Co-Founder, you will work directly with the Founder to shape the company's vision, validate ideas, launch products, grow the community, establish partnerships, and drive long-term business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Strategy
- Collaborate on defining the long-term vision and strategy of Sounak AI.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Develop scalable business models and monetization strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships with organizations, creators, startups, and educational institutions.
- Support fundraising preparation, investor outreach, and business planning.
- Help transform ideas into sustainable products and services.
Product & AI Innovation
- Brainstorm, validate, and launch AI-driven products and tools.
- Research the latest developments in AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, AI Agents, and Automation.
- Design and test practical AI experiments and real-world applications.
- Contribute to product planning and feature prioritization.
- Gather customer feedback and continuously improve user experience.
Growth & Marketing
- Build strategies to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
- Develop marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Grow Sounak AI's presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, GitHub, and other communities.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize growth initiatives.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with creators, startups, and industry experts.
Content & Community
- Contribute to educational AI content including articles, newsletters, videos, tutorials, and workshops.
- Help simplify complex AI topics into engaging learning experiences.
- Build and nurture an active AI community.
- Organize webinars, workshops, hackathons, and community events.
- Encourage meaningful engagement with learners and professionals.
Leadership & Operations
- Take ownership of strategic initiatives and major decisions.
- Build scalable workflows and operational processes.
- Help recruit interns, contributors, and future team members.
- Mentor team members whenever required.
- Represent Sounak AI professionally at events, communities, and partnerships.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, ethics, and continuous learning.
