About Us
Kalpkriti Pvt. Ltd. is the company behind TweenCraft — an animation app with 13M+ organic installations and zero paid marketing. We're now building our next product, **MuviDuvi**, and looking for a co-founder who will own the content side of the business.
This is not a job. This is a founding role. You will shape what MuviDuvi becomes.
The Role
Content quality on MuviDuvi is not a side function — it IS the product. We need someone who will:
Own content strategy end-to-end — decide what kind of content lives on the platform, set quality standards, and build the content pipeline
Create content yourself — in the early days, you're not managing a team, you ARE the team
Build and grow a creator community — attract, onboard, and retain creators who produce great content on MuviDuvi
Define content guidelines — what's good, what's not, what makes MuviDuvi different from everything else out there
Collaborate on product decisions — content shapes the product, so you'll work directly with the tech/product founder to build features that serve creators and audiences
Drive organic growth — leverage content to grow the platform without a marketing budget (we've done it before with TweenCraft)
Who You Are
Must Have
You are a creator — you make content (video, animation, storytelling, short films, reels — any format). Show us your work
- You have a deep understanding of what makes content engaging — you consume, analyze, and think about content constantly
- You're willing to work on equity only in the early stage — you believe in building something, not collecting a paycheck
- You have strong communication skills — you can articulate a content vision, give feedback to creators, and write compelling copy
- You're self-driven — nobody will tell you what to do every day. You figure it out and execute
Good to Have
- Experience building or managing a content platform, YouTube channel, Instagram page, or creator community
- Background in film, media, animation, or digital storytelling
- An existing audience or network in the creator space
- Understanding of content moderation and community management

- You think like a founder, not an employee
- You're comfortable with ambiguity— early stage means things change fast
- You care about quality over quantity— we'd rather have 100 great pieces of content than 10,000 mediocre ones
- You're in it for the long term— building something meaningful takes time

Terms
- Equity: To be discussed based on experience and commitment level

- Role boundaries: You own content & creative. Tech & product is handled by the existing founder. Key decisions are made together.
- Agreement: A written co-founder agreement will be signed before starting
